Help · Provider administrators
Test environment. Calculation drafts and test receipts are not approved invoices. Features may be disabled.
Quick steps
- Sign in with your assigned account. Write actions require the appropriate role, enabled feature and, where required, a second factor.
- In the workspace, check the site and charge point, then the tariff version and its validity. Saved tariff versions remain immutable.
- Assign drivers by invitation and explicitly grant access to data. Read access shows only the data that has been shared.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I only read?
Your role, session and feature switches determine available actions. Signing in alone does not grant administration rights.
How do I change a tariff?
Create a new tariff version and check the planned tariff transition and effective date. Existing transactions retain their tariff version.
How do I reach the existing helpdesk?
Contact the support address below. The existing FreeScout integration is prepared for authorised admins when enabled; this page does not automatically create or send tickets.
Contact support
Include your role, the time and the transaction or charge point reference. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, invitation links, receipt links or payment card details. This link opens your email application; nothing is sent automatically.
Sites and the public map
When the location feature is enabled, enter or edit the address, location, access and opening hours. Address suggestions start after three characters. If the search service is unavailable, enter coordinates or drag the pin; arrow keys move it. Address and location are optional.
Access is separate from public visibility. Explicitly publish each charge point or revoke its visibility in the workspace. Public locations are rounded. A site-wide grant must be revoked before making an individual charge point private. The map also has a keyboard-accessible list. Unknown status does not confirm availability.
Maintain the provider contact
In the workspace, open “Company details and provider contact”, load the currently valid details, enter an email, phone in the format +4930123456 and/or an https:// help page, then save a new master data version. Drivers and readers see this contact on errors from the effective date. Blank fields remove the contact in the new version. Without contact details, the neutral provider message remains. This contact does not appear on receipts.
Maintain company details
Sign in as a provider administrator with a verified second factor. In the workspace, open “Company details and provider contact” and load the current version. Enter the company name, legal form, authorised representative, complete address, and tax number and/or VAT ID. Register court and registration number are optional. Format checks do not confirm identity or tax validity; saving does not trigger an external check.
“Valid from” uses the browser’s local time zone. Leaving it blank makes the version effective immediately; backdating is refused. After loading, version history shows scheduled versions, their details, effective dates, recording times and actor IDs. Existing versions and receipts remain unchanged; new receipts and real cancellation invoices use details valid on their issue dates. Missing approved receipt requirements continue to block real issuance. Bank details belong to the payment connection and are not collected here.
At the saved charge point, choose “Resume setup”. Confirm the selected existing site and charge point with “Save and continue”. In “Connect wallbox”, select the exact Zaptec model, save, then choose “Confirm setup”. Wait for the provisioning service. An installation receipt alone does not establish a connection; without a heartbeat the station remains never connected. In the Zaptec portal at charging-station level, use the OCPP URL, already HEX encoded password and Default ID tag from the single-use transfer. Leave installation-level connection fields empty.
Zaptec Pro: test configuration
The charge point ID is the wallbox OCPP identity, for example its serial number. Select the existing site and charge point. The OCPP address shown in the workspace comes from server configuration. Registration alone does not provision server access.
- Open existing setup, select the existing site and charge point, and choose the exact Zaptec model in “Connect wallbox”. Save as an administrator with a verified second factor. Connection values require a confirmed installation.
- Use the existing short-lived transfer link on your own device and select “Redeem once”. Copy the supplied OCPP URL, already HEX encoded password and synthetic default ID tag unchanged. Do not invent a password or encode it again. If installation or access is unavailable, save and use setup help. Keep secrets out of logs, messages and screenshots.
- In the Zaptec portal, enter all three values at charging station level; leave installation-level connection fields empty. Match the device identifier and URL to the same wallbox. Do not guess fields for a different model, firmware or portal screen.
- Refresh the workspace. Only a fresh server OCPP message with a valid binding confirms connection. Unknown status or old measurements do not prove connection. Synthetic session import is a local development function.
Based on the existing Zaptec Pro setup profile. Physical device verification and a real test charge remain outstanding. With a previous backend, privately record old values first; saving or pausing does not reset manufacturer settings.
